Synopsis

A tour of Villa d’Este designed to recreate the cardinal’s day. The guide will lead the group through Ippolito’s private rooms and the areas used for entertaining guests. Through images and texts, participants will learn about the art of banqueting and the entertainments of the Renaissance.
